Regular movers
Care providers, clinics, hotels, garages, solicitors, colleges — anyone moving staff, clients or patients often enough that petty cash has become a nuisance.
Book, ride, get billed
Your team rings the office and quotes the account name. The driver takes no payment. Everything lands on one invoice at the end of the month.
Itemised, not a lump sum
Each journey shows date, time, pickup, destination and fare, so you can check it off against your own records or recharge it to a department.
Setting one up
It takes one phone call
Tell us the company name, who books, roughly how often you will use it and where your journeys usually run. We will confirm the account details and billing arrangement with you, and you can start booking the same day.
Prefer to talk?
Ring the office on 01274 247247 and ask for accounts. We can set the whole thing up over the phone.
Rather not cold-call?
Fill the form in below and we will ring you back. Include a rough idea of your volumes and the areas you travel between and we can quote properly first time.

Questions
Account queries
Do account journeys cost more than cash ones?
Ring the office and we will confirm the rates for your account before you commit to anything. Nothing is charged differently without you agreeing it first.
Can we set spending limits or department codes?
Tell us how you need the invoice broken down when you set the account up and we will work to it wherever we can. Most firms ask for journeys grouped by department or by named passenger.
Can staff book outside office hours?
Yes. We run 24 hours a day, every day of the year, so night shifts, weekend cover and early airport runs are all covered by the same account.
Do you cover airport transfers on account?
Yes — Leeds Bradford and Manchester both go on the account like any other journey, at a fixed price agreed when the booking is made.
What if we only need it occasionally?
That is fine. There is no obligation to hit a volume, and plenty of accounts sit quiet for weeks and then run hard for a fortnight.
